16th Collaboration Meeting of the BM@N Experiment at NICA

The 16th Collaboration Meeting of the BM@N Experiment at NICA took place at the V.I. Veksler and A.M. Baldin Laboratory of High Energy Physics of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR), Dubna, Russia, on 12-14 May 2026.

The focus of the meeting was on the reconstruction and identification of strange particles and the topology analysis of Xe+Sn interactions recorded during recent physics runs of the BM@N experiment. A physical analysis of previously recorded Xe-CsI interactions was reviewed. The physics program and experimental setup for the next run of the BM@N experiment were also discussed.

Organizational issues of the BM@N Collaboration were discussed at a separate Institutional Board (IB) Meeting on 12 May.
